I’m Victoria, the founder of Lumin & Vale Advisory. I work with thoughtful adults at the moments that ask the most of them — a career in question, a relationship at a crossroads, a transition that hasn’t finished arriving. My work is to help people see those moments clearly and move through them with intention and courage.

I came to coaching the long way. My path has bent more than once — plans interrupted, places traded, careers begun and begun again. For a long time I read those turns as detours. Eventually I understood them differently: as the ordinary, unglamorous way a life actually takes shape — in the constant negotiation between what I chose and what simply happened.
That recognition changed how I move through my own decisions, and it became the foundation of how I help others move through theirs. I don’t believe people simply will themselves into being, and I don’t believe they are merely the sum of their conditions. We are formed in the interaction. Coaching, done well, is the practice of understanding that interaction — and then choosing, more deliberately, what comes next.
My training sits at the meeting point of psychology, identity and lived reinvention. My education grounds how I think about behavior, personal history, and decision-making. Before coaching, I built and rebuilt across very different fields, which is its own kind of education: I know what it is to start over with eyes open.

I have navigated more than one unplanned chapter while continuing to make deliberate choices. That is not a tagline. It is the experience I bring to the room.
Calm, direct, and genuinely curious about your situation. I listen more than I talk. I ask questions designed to surface what you already half-know. And I tell the truth, kindly — because clarity is the entire point, and clarity requires honesty. I am not here to push you toward any particular ending. I am here to help you see clearly enough to choose your own.
